I love Jesus. I'm 18 and I attend a private Christian university in Grayson, Kentucky. When I'm frustrated I scream all my anger out while brushing my teeth and garbbling words into the mirror. They all come out as toxic, misconstrued words. Then I realize that the words were just meaningless. After that it's back to happiness and joy. Because my only real joy has been found in my Savior, Lord, and Christ--Jesus. I like to dance and be crazy and goofy all by my lonesome. I don't need a companion to have some fun. (Jesus is always with me.) My favorite book is The Bible there is no irony in that, it's just the facts. I used to be nomadic and run from a lot of things. Now I write when I get the chance and beg for a moment or two of solitude. I'm told that I'm outgoing and boisterious. It's hard to believe that I put a foot forward or say anything relatively meaningful the first few times around. My exterior is hard and my walls are just now coming down. I'm longwinded and I always have stories to tell. And if they don't end well? Then it casually ends with "I found five dollars." I have too many catch phrases and moment-inspired words that I use too often that keep others confused and out of the loop. It's hard to be in the loop when it comes to things that I get into. I'm up for conversation but I'm easily distracted. My train of thought often derails and then there is no safety from the trainwreck. I'm convinced that I'm a dinosaur, and there's nothing that you can do to change this conviction.
I'll be blunt and honest about this: I think drugs are stupid, I don't drink and I don't think getting trashed is cool, I don't go to parties and I'm certainly not scene, I love Jesus and I don't like sacreligious things, I don't condone homosexuality, and I'm not a big whoppin' fan of abortions, Bush is fine by me, I like people of all colors and ethnic backgrounds, I don't mind other religions but Jesus is the love of my life, I don't want to hear about your boyfriends and your sex, I don't want to read about your newest attire, I like photographs and phone conversations. There's a lot that you might not like about me, but at least I'm honest.
